The Florida laws states that an individual may not operate any automobile upon the roadways unless such individual has a valid driver’s license. .

According to the Florida Statute no person shall knowingly permit his or her teenage child under the age of eighteen to operate a car on roadways when such minor is not authorized by the provisions of this Florida statute.
